Since 2020, had a privilege to work with several companies that enables me to hone my skills and talents. These companies will always have a special place in my heart. Currently I am working with Operto.

Software Engineer#Operto Vancouver, Canada

June 2024 - Present

Contributed to the complete rewrite of the core engine from PHP and Java to C# with SQL Server, incorporating Python microservices to enhance performance and scalability in the new Nova engine.
Provided technical support as a Customer Support Engineer at DACK Inc, diagnosing and resolving bugs and system issues reported by users, ensuring smooth operation and optimal user experience.
Integrated Seam API for real-time data synchronization, allowing for seamless import of locks and automatic updates of access codes upon each reservation.
Developed and maintained the Operto Dashboard frontend using React and TypeScript, delivering property owners critical insights into locks, reservations, and property management data.
